OVERVIEW

Welcome to Anh's Creative Studio! "We," "us," and "our" refer to Anh's Creative Studio, which operates this website and store, including all related content, features, products, and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies they reference, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy (together, the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Many of our products are made for children and families, and parents or guardians may let their children browse the Services on devices they manage.

You agree that the information you give us, including your email, billing, payment, and shipping information, is accurate, current, and complete. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

Every product is made to order after you purchase it by our production partners, Printful and Printify, and their print providers. We don't hold physical inventory.

We work hard to show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and print placement and measurements may vary slightly from item to item, as described in our Refund Policy. We may change product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and receive payment.

Please check your size, color, and shipping address before ordering. You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order if production hasn't started by emailing anhscreativestudio@gmail.com. If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we'll contact you using the information you gave at checkout and refund any amount charged for the canceled items.

Replacements, refunds, and returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal or household use, not commercial resale.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping to US addresses and US territories is free. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. You'll pay the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation. If a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms apply.

You agree that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the information is accurate.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and delivery times are estimates, explained in our Shipping Policy. If your order will be significantly delayed, we'll let you know and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

If a package is lost in transit, damaged, or the wrong item arrives, we'll replace it or refund it as described in our Refund Policy, as long as you contact us within the stated timeframes.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our original artwork, product designs, logos, photos, and website content are owned by Anh's Creative Studio or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Our brand name and logo are trademarks of Anh's Creative Studio.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our written permission.

SECTION 7 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

The Services may include tools from third parties (for example, order tracking) and links to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

SECTION 8 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Your purchase is made directly with Anh's Creative Studio, not Shopify. Shopify isn't responsible for any part of the sale, including any injury, damage, or loss from purchased products, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to your purchases from us.

SECTION 9 — PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage certain data-sharing choices on our Your Privacy Choices page.

SECTION 10 — REVIEWS, PHOTOS, AND FEEDBACK

If you send us reviews, ideas, or feedback, or tag us in photos of our products, you give us permission to use, share, and display that content, with credit to you where we repost your photos. You can ask us to remove your photo at any time. You agree that what you submit is yours to share and doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

SECTION 11 — ERRORS

Occasionally the Services may contain errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability. We may correct them, and may cancel affected orders with a full refund, including after you've ordered.

SECTION 12 — PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use them to infringe anyone's intellectual property, harass or harm others, send spam, impersonate anyone, upload malicious code, collect others' personal information, or interfere with the Services' security. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.

SECTION 13 — WARRANTIES

We stand behind our products as described in our Refund Policy. Except as stated there, and to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without other warranties of any kind. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

SECTION 14 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anh's Creative Studio, its partners, service providers, and Shopify are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order won't exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

SECTION 15 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anh's Creative Studio, Shopify, and our partners and service providers from third-party claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the Services.

SECTION 16 — YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.

SECTION 17 — GENERAL

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them. We may end your access to the Services if you violate these Terms; the sections on intellectual property, feedback, warranties, liability, indemnification, and governing law continue after that.

SECTION 18 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. You and Anh's Creative Studio agree to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Sacramento County, California, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

SECTION 19 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms by posting the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted.
