Every item is made to order just for you by our production partners, Printful and Printify, then shipped directly from their facilities. 💕
⏳ Production Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be printed, embroidered, or sewn, checked, and packed before it ships. Each product page lists its own estimate.
🇺🇸 Shipping Within the United States
Shipping is free on every US order, no minimum. 🎉 Orders ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier depending on your location.

Some sewn items, such as dresses, can take up to 3 weeks in total. When an item takes longer, its product page says so.
🏝️ US Territories
We ship free to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Please allow 7–17 business days in total.
🌍 International Shipping
We mainly serve the United States and its territories. International shipping may be offered at checkout for some countries. Delivery usually takes 14–30 business days. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility, and we can't control delays in customs.
📦 Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also check anytime on our Order Tracking page. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, please email us.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimates above, we'll let you know and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.
📬 Shipping Address
Please double-check your address before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it if production hasn't started. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address; reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
🔎 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn't arrived, email us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund for packages lost in transit. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your mailroom, wait 48 hours, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. See our Refund Policy for details.
🎄 Holidays & Peak Seasons
Around Mother's Day, Father's Day, back to school, Lunar New Year, and Christmas, production and shipping can take longer. Please order at least 3 weeks before the date you need it. We can't guarantee delivery by a specific date.
