Every product in our store is custom printed just for you after your order is placed — meaning a little extra love goes into every piece before it ships. We appreciate your patience and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. 💕
⏳ Production Time — Before Shipping Begins
Because every item is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This includes printing, quality checking, and packaging your item. Production time may be longer during peak seasons such as Mother's Day, Christmas, and Lunar New Year.
🇺🇸 Shipping Within the United States
We ship to all 50 states via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Free shipping promotions will be clearly noted on our website when available.

🏝️ US Territories
We ship to all US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Please allow additional delivery time for territories beyond the standard estimate.

🌍 International Shipping
We are currently focused on serving customers within the United States and its territories. International shipping may appear as an option at checkout for select countries through our print-on-demand partner. Please note:

📬 Address Issues & Delivery Problems
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at anhscreativestudio@gmail.com — we will do our best to update it before production begins.
Unfortunately we cannot make address changes once production has started. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please:
- Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom
- Wait 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
- Contact us at anhscreativestudio@gmail.com if your package is still missing after 48 hours
We will work with our carrier to investigate and find the best resolution for you. 💕
🎄 Peak Season & Holiday Delays
During busy seasons including Mother's Day, Father's Day, Back to School, Lunar New Year, and Christmas, both production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks early for guaranteed delivery before major holidays.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime at our Order Tracking page.
If you have not received a tracking number within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it right away.
