At Anh's Creative Studio, every product is custom printed just for you at the time of your order. Because of this, our return and refund policy reflects the nature of print-on-demand production. Please read carefully before placing your order. 💕
📏 Before You Order — Size Guides
Because we cannot accept returns for sizing, we strongly encourage you to review the size guide on each product page before ordering. When in doubt, size up! If you need help choosing the right size, email us at anhscreativestudio@gmail.com before placing your order — we are happy to help.
✅ What We Cover — We Will Always Make It Right
We will issue a free replacement or full refund if:
🔸 Your item arrives damaged or defective 🔸 You received the wrong item 🔸 Your order was lost in transit
To request a replacement or refund for any of the above, please contact us at anhscreativestudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of what happened
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
❌ What We Are Unable to Accommodate
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
🔹 Wrong size selected by the customer 🔹 Change of mind or buyer's remorse 🔹 Items that have been worn, washed, or removed from original packaging 🔹 Requests made more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery for damaged items 🔹 Sale items and gift cards
We know this may feel different from big box retailers — and it is. We are a small, women-owned Vietnamese American business doing our best to create meaningful products for your family. Your understanding means the world to us. 🌺
🔄 Can I Exchange My Item?
Because items are custom printed per order, we are unable to process traditional exchanges. If your item qualifies for a replacement under our damage or defect policy, we will reprint and reship the correct item to you at no charge.
If you ordered the wrong size and would like a different size, please contact us at anhscreativestudio@gmail.com and we will do our best to find a solution for you on a case by case basis.
⏱️ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement as long as production has not yet begun. Because items are printed on demand, we are unable to cancel once printing has started. Please email us immediately at anhscreativestudio@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom
- Wait 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
- Contact us at anhscreativestudio@gmail.com if your package is still missing after 48 hours
We will work with our shipping carrier to investigate and find a resolution for you. 💕
🌍 International Orders
We are currently focused on serving customers within the United States and its territories. For any international orders that may be available at checkout, please note that customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
