Refund & Return Policy — Anh's Creative Studio

Every product at Anh's Creative Studio is made to order just for you by our production partners, Printful and Printify. Because items are printed or embroidered after you order, we can't restock them, so our policy focuses on making things right when something goes wrong. Please read it before you order. 💕
✅ What We Cover
We'll send a free replacement or a full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
- You received the wrong item (different product, size, or color than you ordered)
- Your package is lost in transit
This applies to all items, including sale items. You don't need to send anything back.
📅 How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Email us at anhscreativestudio@gmail.com:
- Damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong item: within 14 days of delivery
- Lost package: within 14 days of the estimated delivery date
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (if several items are affected, one photo showing all of them together)
- A short description of what happened
We'll reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take another 5–10 business days to post it.
🖨️ Normal Variations (Not Defects)
Because each item is made individually, small differences are normal and aren't considered defects:
- Colors may look slightly different than on your screen
- Print placement may vary by up to about ½ inch
- Measurements may vary slightly from the size guide
❌ What We Can't Accept
Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or give refunds for:
- A size or color chosen by mistake (please check the size guide on each product page; when in doubt, size up)
- Change of mind
- Requests made after the 14-day windows above
- Packages that couldn't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address (see below)
Ordered the wrong size? Email us anyway. We'll do our best to find a solution case by case.
📬 Address Problems
If a package is returned because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returned packages are held by our production partner for a limited time (generally 30 days), then may be donated and can no longer be reshipped.
📦 Tracking Says Delivered, but No Package?
- Check with neighbors, your mailroom, and around your door
- Wait 48 hours, since carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
- Email us within 14 days of the delivery date if it's still missing
We'll open an investigation with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
⏱️ Order Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as production hasn't started. Email us right away at anhscreativestudio@gmail.com. Once production starts, we can't cancel the order.
🎁 Gift Cards
Gift cards can't be returned or refunded, except where required by law.
🌍 International Orders
We mainly serve the United States and its territories. If you place an international order, customs fees, duties, and import taxes are your responsibility and aren't refundable.
⚖️ Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, including any legal right to cancel or return an order.
