At Anh's Creative Studio, your trust means everything to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit our website, make a purchase, or contact us (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify. If this policy and our Terms of Service conflict about personal information, this policy controls. 💕

Personal Information We Collect

"Personal information" means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Contact details: name, billing and shipping address, phone number, and email
  • Payment and order details: payment confirmation, transaction details, and what you buy, return, or cancel. Card details are processed by Shopify and its payment processors; we don't see or store full card numbers.
  • Account information: username, password, and preferences, if you create an account
  • Shopping activity: items you view, add to your cart or wishlist, or purchase
  • Communications: what you send us, such as customer support messages and photos of order issues
  • Device and usage information: browser, device, IP address, and how you use the website, collected through cookies and similar technologies

  • Directly from you, when you order, create an account, or contact us
  • Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies on our website
  • From our service providers and partners, such as Shopify, our production partners, and carriers

How We Use It

  • To fulfill your order: process payment, have your items made and shipped, send order updates, and handle replacements and refunds
  • Marketing: send emails or texts if you opt in, and show ads based on your activity (see "Advertising & Meta" below)
  • Security: prevent fraud and protect the Services
  • Customer support: answer your questions
  • Legal reasons: comply with the law and enforce our policies

If you opt in to SMS, you may receive order updates and promotional texts; reply STOP to opt out. If you opt in to email marketing, use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out. We'll still send order-related messages, such as confirmations and shipping updates.

Who We Share It With

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments. Learn more in the Shopify Privacy Policy.
  • Printful and Printify, our production partners, and their print providers, who receive your name, shipping address, and order details so they can make and ship your items
  • Shipping carriers and our order-tracking provider (ParcelPanel), to deliver and track your package
  • Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta, as described below
  • When you ask us to, or when the law requires it, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business

We don't sell your personal information for money. Some advertising activities may be considered "selling" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws; see "Your Privacy Rights" below.

Advertising & Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

We use Meta Business Tools through Shopify's Facebook & Instagram channel, including the Meta Pixel, advanced matching, and the Conversions API. When you browse, add items to your cart, check out, or buy, information such as your device and browser details, IP address, pages and products viewed, cart and purchase activity, and checkout details (email, phone, name, address, and order details) may be shared with Meta. Customer details used for advanced matching are hashed before they're sent. We use this to measure our ads, improve our marketing, and show relevant ads. Meta uses the information under its own terms and privacy policy.

You can control how Meta uses this information through your Facebook settings, including Off-Facebook Activity and ad preferences, and you can limit cookies in your browser settings.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have about you
  • Delete personal information we have about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Get a copy of your information
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information for targeted advertising

For any other request, email anhscreativestudio@gmail.com with your name, the email you used to order, and what you're asking for. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may be able to appeal by replying to our decision.

Children's Privacy

Many of our products are made for children and families, but purchases must be made by adults 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Please don't send sensitive information through unsecured channels. We keep personal information as long as we need it to fulfill orders, maintain your account, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to other sites, such as social media. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

International Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
